Ask who provides the service
A service website, call handler, estimator, and work crew may represent the same business or different businesses. Before accepting an estimate, confirm the legal business responsible for the work and the name that will appear on the agreement and invoice.
If an inquiry is referred to another provider, ask whether the website operator receives compensation and which provider will handle complaints, insurance questions, and service follow-up.
